Dimer–Dimer Correlations at the Rough–Smooth Boundary

چکیده

Abstract Three phases of macroscopic domains have been seen for large but finite periodic dimer models; these are known as the frozen, rough and smooth phases. The transition region between frozen has received a lot attention last twenty years recently work underway to understand rough–smooth in case two-periodic Aztec diamond. We compute uniform asymptotics dimer–dimer correlations diamond when dimers lie region. These rely on formula found Chhita Johansson (Adv Math 294:37–149, 2016) inverse Kasteleyn matrix, they also apply infinite square grid model with variable weighting which interpolates phase (Kenyon et al. Ann (2) 163(3):1019–1056, 2006). In particular, we find that distant initially decay exponentially magnetic coordinates very close bounded complementary component associated amoebae, then power law once far enough apart.

THE STEFAN PROBLEM WITH KINETIC FUNCTIONS AT THE FREE BOUNDARY

This paper considers a class of one-dimensional solidification problem in which kinetic undercooling is incorporated into the temperature condition at the interface. A model problem with nonlinear kinetic law is considered. The main result is an existence theorem. The mathematical effects of the kinetic term are discussed

A Look at the Challenges of Boundary-Spanner Academic Leaders

The present study was an exploratory sequential mixed method approach, so the qualitative section of the study was done by descriptive phenomenology method. The participants in the qualitative section included academic administrators with managerial experience who by criterion sampling and saturation in the research findings, 12 were selected for the interview. Research tools in the section wer...

BOSE-EINSTEIN CORRELATIONS IN PION PRODUCTION AT TRISTAN

Measurement of Bose-Einstein correlations in the production of like-signed pion pairs has been made with the AMY detector at TRISTAN. An event sample of 10120 hadronic events with ranging between 50 to 61 GeV was used. These measurements indicate a strength of the enhancement of ? = 0.61M.07, with a typical correlation size of Ro = 1.16±.08 fm. This value of ? is consistent with measurem...

Auroral boundary correlations between UVI and DMSP

[1] Equatorward and poleward auroral boundaries from latitude profiles of Polar Ultraviolet Imager (UVI) auroral images were correlated with over 23,000 boundaries derived from 2 years of Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) electron precipitation data. Latitude differences between DMSP and UVI boundaries were averaged into 1-hour and 3-hour sectors of magnetic local time (MLT). The ...

Multi-point correlations and dual boundary conditions

As we have seen in Chapter 2, the partition function of the Ising model on a planar graph G with positive boundary conditions is proportional to the even subgraph generating function ZG⇤(x), where G⇤ is the weak dual of G and x is the weight vector defined by the low-temperature expansion. Similarly, the partition function of the model with free boundary conditions is proportional to ZG(x), whe...
